[HCM] IT Helpdesk (English Communication)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Supports the timely implementation of Global/Regional IT initiatives at the site
  • Managing and maintaining the hardware inventory end to end process
  • Troubleshoot computer and device hardware related to end-users
  • Install and configure Microsoft products (Windows, Office365, …)
  • System administration about Windows Server; File Server
  • Ensures onboarding new hire’s process

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Graduated BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related major 
  • Have at least from 2-3 years working experience in support to end users
  • Experience with the ticket system and troubleshooting hardware/software /mobile devices
  • Excellent spoken English is a must.
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
