JOB DESCRIPTION

• Providing first-level technical support for endpoint computers, AV equipment, and related IT systems.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT assets.
• Managing user requests and incidents through the IT ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Ensuring endpoint security compliance, including updates, patches, and antivirus management.
• Assisting with IT asset management, including inventory tracking, provisioning, and decommissioning of equipment.
• Supporting users with system access, account setup, and password management.
• Collaborating with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Monitor unresolved or recurring issues, extract reports, and escalate complex or high-impact incidents when necessary.
• Support regular reporting, administrative duties, and documentation activities as required by IT leadership.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk / IT Support roles. 
• Experience supporting Windows environments and Apple mobile devices. 
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration. 
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365. 
• Familiar with IT ticketing systems. 
• Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WiFi), printers, and office IT infrastructure. 
• Experience managing IT assets and device provisioning processes. 
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 
• Good communication in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
