Job description

• Provide first-level support for network-related issues, including connectivity, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Monitor network performance and ensure network availability and reliability.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of networking equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Manage and support user accounts, permissions, and network resources.
• Perform routine network maintenance tasks such as updates and patches.
• Document network configurations, changes, and processes for future reference.
• Escalate complex network issues to higher-level support when necessary.
• Assist with network projects and upgrades as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to end-users.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• From 2 years of experience working in Network
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and networking hardware.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and software.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.
• Good communication in English
