[HCM] SERVICE PROVIDER LEADER/MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage outsourced staff teams from service providers (IT Operation and Facility teams).
- Act as the primary point of contact between client and the service provider.
- Organize regular service meetings, address issues, escalate incidents when needed.
- Provide emergency response; delegate backup personnel when absent.
- Manage outsourced personnel: hiring, training, evaluation, scheduling, performance.
- Ensure adherence to client’s policies (security, SOP, safety, etc.).
- Manage operational data platforms and ensure strict confidentiality.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications,... or other related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience: Must be a full-time employee of the service provider (not subcontractor).
- Management Skills: Staff organization, compliance monitoring, task delegation.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication across client functions, meetings, reporting.
- Language: Vietnamese + fluent English (able to communicate clearly in daily/weekly meetings or as required with regional IT).
- Soft Skills: Clear communication, effective teamwork, task organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing large-scale service operations or projects.
- Multiregional and multilingual coordination skills.
- Strong decision-making and emergency handling capabilities.
