JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Azure Cloud Solution Architect to join our Cloud Solutions team and help enterprise customers design and adopt modern cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure.

In this role, you will work closely with customers, Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery and Engineering teams to understand business and technology requirements, design scalable and secure Azure solutions, and support customers throughout their cloud transformation journey.

• Cloud Architecture & Solution Design
  • Analyze customers’ business objectives, application landscape, infrastructure environment and technology roadmap to design end-to-end Azure solutions.
  • Design secure, scalable, highly available and cost-effective cloud architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Develop architecture documents, technical proposals, solution designs and implementation approaches.
    Provide technical recommendations on cloud migration, modernization and infrastructure transformation.
• Azure Cloud Transformation
  • Design and implement Azure infrastructure solutions covering compute, networking, storage, identity, security, backup and disaster recovery.
  • Design and support Azure Landing Zone architectures based on Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Azure Well-Architected Framework.
  • Architect modern application and platform solutions using Azure PaaS services such as App Service, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, API Management, containers and Kubernetes/AKS.
  • Support customers in adopting cloud-native technologies and modern infrastructure practices.
• Customer & Pre-Sales Engagement
  • Work with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to identify customer requirements and develop suitable technical solutions.
  • Participate in technical workshops, solution presentations, PoCs and technical proposals.
  • Communicate architecture decisions and technical concepts effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer IT leaders, architects and technical decision-makers.
• Delivery & Technical Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Delivery and Engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of proposed solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance during implementation and resolve architecture-related challenges.
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft Azure services, cloud architecture best practices and emerging technologies.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, solution consulting, cloud infrastructure or related technical roles.
• Strong understanding of Azure cloud architecture, including compute, networking, storage, identity, security, backup and disaster recovery.
• Experience with cloud migration, infrastructure modernization or enterprise cloud projects.
• Experience designing or implementing Azure PaaS / application platform solutions such as App Service, Azure SQL, containers or Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English in a technical/business environment.
• Nice-to-have
  • Experience with Azure Landing Zone, Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) or Azure Well-Architected Framework.
  • Experience with Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Experience with AKS, Azure Functions, API Management, Azure Container Apps or other Azure PaaS services.
  • Experience with DevOps/DevSecOps, CI/CD and cloud automation.
  • Experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, technical workshops, PoCs or technical proposal development.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and technical decision-makers.
  • Knowledge or experience in cloud security, AI/ML or data platform solutions.
  • Microsoft Azure certifications such as AZ-305, AZ-104, AZ-500 or AZ-400 are an advantage.
