[HN] Government & External Affairs Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement external relations strategies and plans aligned with the Company’s development direction.

Maintain and strengthen executive-level relationships with:
-
Government agencies, ministries, and local authorities in Vietnam, as well as in countries where CMC invests.

Embassies, consulates, professional associations, international and non-governmental/non-profit organizations.

Key customers, partners, strategic suppliers, and domestic or international experts and consultants.

Organize and coordinate external events, including receiving international delegations, conferences, seminars, and signing ceremonies—ensuring proper logistics, protocol, interpretation, and documentation.

Prepare materials and documents for the Leadership Team’s external activities, including reports, speeches, and required papers.

Accompany and support the Leadership Team in external affairs activities, ensuring smooth schedules and high-quality execution.

Directly participate in and monitor strategic partnership projects as assigned by the Executive Board, ensuring progress and timely reporting.

Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.
REQUIREMENTS

Age: 25–40; professional appearance.

Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Diplomacy, Communications, or International Relations).

2–7 years of experience in government relations, external affairs, or executive assistant roles.

Proficient in English across all four skills (~IELTS ≥ 6.0); knowledge of Japanese, Korean, or Chinese is a plus.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives across government agencies, banks, securities firms, and large corporations.

Knowledge: diplomatic protocol, high-level guest reception, and legal frameworks in external relations.

Skills: relationship building, event organization, documentation, and problem-solving.
