[HN] Project Manager (ERP)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budget, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk/issue logs.
- Coordinate with business departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Production, HR, etc.) to gather requirements and ensure business processes are properly reflected in the ERP system.
- Manage relationships with ERP vendors, implementation partners, and internal IT teams.
- Oversee system configuration, customization, data migration, integration, testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate to senior management when necessary.
- Manage change requests and ensure proper change control processes are followed.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and steering committees.
- Ensure user training, documentation, and post-go-live support plans are in place.
- Drive change management activities to support user adoption of the new ERP system/processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, IT governance standards, and relevant regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor‘s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2–3 years specifically managing ERP implementation projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Odoo, or similar systems).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders across business functions.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, HR, etc.), and implementation methodologies.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Good command of English (both written and spoken) is an advantage.
- Good English listening and speaking skills.
Certifications (Preferred)
- PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
- ERP-specific certification (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
Compensation:
- Monthly salary is negotiable based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
- Annual income of up to 15 months’ salary/year.
