Role and Responsibilities:

• Implementing SAP projects as a SAP LOG consultant
• Design MM/SD/PP/PM business process
• Perform system configuration, system test, integration test with other function module
• Prepare deliverable documents in both Vietnamese and English
• Cross-review with other members in LOG team to ensure quality before delivery
• Prepare system environment to UAT, go live
• Support user UAT, go live
• Report to project manager when taking part in the project
• Complete & report task list to functional leader when not taking part in a particular project
• Take part in presale projects

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor‘s degree in Information Technology, Economics, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in SAP Logistics module implementation/support (MM, SD, WM/EWM, PP, etc.).
• Involved in at least 2-3 full-cycle SAP implementation projects (Blueprint → Realization → Go-live → Support) as a module lead or senior consultant.
• Experience leading a team or mentoring junior consultants.
• Strong understanding of Logistics business processes: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), warehouse management, and production, with the ability to advise clients on process improvements.
• Able to engage directly with client management to gather requirements, prepare Blueprints/Functional Specifications, and provide solution consulting.
• Support presales activities: participate in product demos, build proposals/solution overviews, provide effort estimation, and respond to RFPs/RFIs related to the Logistics scope.
• Able to collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis, Integration) to ensure solutions are delivered in line with business requirements.
• Good English communication skills (able to read documentation and attend/present in meetings with international clients).
• Willing to travel/work onsite as required by projects (domestic and overseas).

Desired skills:

Functional

• In-depth configuration experience in a lead role for at least one module: MM, SD, EWM/WM, or PP.
• Experience implementing S/4HANA (Public Cloud or Private Cloud); experience with both is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of cross-module integration: MM-FI, SD-FI, MM-SD (intercompany), EWM-MM/SD.
• Proficient in SAP Activate methodology, with experience leading Fit-to-Standard/Fit-Gap workshops with clients.
• Experience in manufacturing, F&B, tobacco, pharmaceutical, or distribution/retail industries is a strong plus.
• Experience building solution proposals and estimating project costs/effort.

Soft Skills

• Strong consulting mindset, with the ability to analyze problems and propose solutions at a strategic level.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with both client management and technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to handle issues during go-live/hypercare periods.
• Proactive, able to work under deadline pressure, and capable of working independently.

• Gross offer upto 55M, negotiable based on qualifications, experience, and position
