Task relating FICO Functional consultant is as followings:

• System Configuration: Design and configure SAP FI/CO sub-modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Fund Management, Cost Center Accounting, Product costing and Profitability Analysis).
• Business Analysis: Gather business requirements from the finance and accounting teams to design optimized blueprints.
• Support & Maintenance: Provide daily operational support, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve user tickets efficiently.
• Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for system upgrades and changes.
• Data Migration: Assist in data extraction, transformation, and uploading of financial master data during implementations.
• User Training: Create clear system documentation and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption.
• Integration: Collaborate with other SAP module consultants (such as MM, SD, and PP) to ensure seamless cross-functional integration.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP FICO skills, including configuration and support of core Finance and Controlling modules.
• Experience with CO-PA and related profitability analysis processes.
• Solid understanding of Finance and accounting principles, with the ability to translate them into SAP processes.
• Proven analytical skills and experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and design appropriate SAP solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience as an SAP FICO Consultant or similar role; experience in implementation or rollout projects is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a project team.
• Relevant SAP certifications or training in FICO or related modules are a plus.

Desired Skills

• 5+ years of SAP experience in FICO modules
• Experience working in SAP full-cycle projects
• Experience mentoring of junior/ fresher
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimum supervision
• Capable of working flexible hours sometimes under pressure of aggressive deadlines
• Ability to collaborate with other team members
• Strong knowledge of FICO functional foundation and strong problem-solving skills: configuration, build-up FS, test case document
• Have knowledge/experience in other modules in FICO (such as FM, GR, CO, TRM etc.), integrating between FICO modules and other modules or other systems such as: LOG (MM, SD, PP…) , E-invoice, IDOC… is a plus
• Knowledge of S4HANA (on premise / cloud) will be desirable
• Have knowledge of other SAP modules (SAP Ariba, CRM, LOG…), SAP package is a plus
• Be able to communicate in English
