Talent Acquisition Specialist (Ha Noi)
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Taking full ownership of the recruitment process for assigned positions, ensuring timely and quality hires in alignment with internal processes and recruitment standards. This includes job posting, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.

Representing the company at career fairs, university events, and employer branding initiatives, including company tours and career orientation workshops.

Collaborating with the Employer Branding team to grow and manage our presence on various platforms: Fanpage, LinkedIn, Website, and other recruitment channels.

Partnering closely with hiring managers and recruitment focal points across departments to define ideal candidate profiles, streamline hiring processes, and develop an effective talent pipeline.

Proactively proposing sourcing strategies and recruitment plans tailored to the assigned roles.

Preparing recruitment reports and handling other tasks assigned by direct managers.
REQUIREMENTS

At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment or working at a headhunting agency.

Solid understanding of the IT job market and related roles.

Candidates with experience hiring B2B Sales roles in the tech industry or working at a System Integrator (SI) company with a similar business model to CMC TS are highly preferred.

Strong skills in interviewing, candidate assessment, negotiation, and persuasion.

A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong resilience under pressure.

COMPENSATION

Salary: Up to 25 million VND/month (or negotiable depending on experience and qualifications).

Annual income package equivalent to 15 months of salary (excluding holiday bonuses of up to 14 million VND/year).
