You will join the CMC TS delivery teamfor a greenfield SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition (RISE with SAP) transformation at a leading Vietnamese real estate and township development group, operating a multi-entity structure across property development, construction, sales and property management. The programme replaces a legacy accounting core with a single digital core built on Clean Core principles, delivered with SAP Activate and integrated with satellite systems through SAP BTP Integration Suite. 

As Senior Logistics Consultant, you will own the Procure-to-Pay (MM) and Order-to-Cash (SD) workstreams — contractor and service procurement for development projects, property sales and recurring billing. The defining focus of this role is end-to-end integration: ensuring every procurement and sales transaction flows cleanly into Finance and Projects, and that satellite systems land data in SAP accurately through BTP. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Requirements & design: lead procurement and sales workshops, analyse P2P and O2C processes and translate them into SAP S/4HANA designs aligned to SAP standard.
• Purchasing: configure purchase requisitions, purchase orders, outline agreements and contracts, and source determination.
• Service procurement: design contractor and service procurement with WBS account assignment, progress acceptance and commitment visibility for Projects.
• Approval workflow: configure flexible workflow for PR/PO approvals aligned with the delegation of authority.
• Goods receipt & invoice verification: configure GR, Logistics Invoice Verification, GR/IR handling and tolerance controls.
• Sales & billing: configure sales document types, milestone / installment billing plans, deposits and down payments, credit and debit memos, and recurring billing.
• Pricing, tax & output: configure pricing, VAT determination and Vietnamese e-invoice output from billing.
• Master data: design Business Partner (customer/vendor), material and service master data with ownership rules across systems.
• Integration ownership: own account determination and integration of MM/SD with FI/CO and PS (WBS account assignment, commitments, revenue flows) and lead end-to-end integration test scenarios.
• Interfaces: specify interfaces with satellite systems (CRM/sales platform, leasing engine) landing transactions in SD/FI via BTP — field mapping, error handling and reconciliation.
• Specifications: write functional specifications for reports, interfaces, forms and enhancements, keeping custom development to a minimum.
• Data migration: define logistics migration objects (business partners, open POs, contracts, open sales/billing items) and reconcile cut-over balances with Finance.
• Testing & training: prepare and execute unit, integration and UAT scenarios; train procurement, sales administration and key users.
• Go-live & support: support cutover, hypercare and continuous improvement. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• 6+ years of SAP Logistics experience with strong expertise in at least one of MM or SD and solid working knowledge of the other. 
• At least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations in a consultant role.
• Integration is the core of this role: proven design of MM/SD integration with FI/CO and PS (account determination, WBS account assignment, commitments, GR/IR, revenue flows).
• Hands-on experience specifying interfaces between S/4HANA and external systems (APIs, IDocs or BTP Integration Suite).
• MM: purchasing, outline agreements, service procurement, flexible workflow, invoice verification.
• SD: sales documents, billing plans, down payments, pricing, output and e-invoice integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Systems.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Activate (Fit-to-Standard, build, testing, cutover, hypercare).
• Professional working English (workshops, design documents, steering updates); native or fluent Vietnamese.
• Able to work onsite at the client in Ho Chi Minh City for the duration of the project.
